Single:  $299/per night
Double: $429/per night ($214.50/pp-per night)
Municipal Official and Guest: $299 + $130/per night

If you need individual receipts for each person utilizing the double or municipal guest rate, you must notify reservations at the time of your booking

You must make your reservations by AUGUST 26, after which rooms will be released to the public.

OVERFLOW HOTEL - Courtyard Marriott - Call (888) 210-9325 and identify yourself as part of NYS Conference of Mayors.  The hotel rate is $169.00 per night and does not include meals.  You will need to purchase meals during the meeting registration process.

The Saratoga Hilton is the meeting headquarters for the 2019 Fall Training School. All sessions and meals are held at the Saratoga Hilton. All reservations should be made directly with the hotel using the link above or by calling (888) 866-3596.

If you are staying at the Saratoga Hilton, breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in your stay. Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m., so meals included begin at dinner for each night of your stay. Additional meal options may be purchased during the meeting registration process.

Hotel reservations must be made with the hotel directly and must be guaranteed using a credit card or a one-night deposit by check or money order. NYS Vouchers are not acceptable for the initial deposit. Individual guest cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to arrival

Guests not arriving for a scheduled reservation will forfeit their deposit and the remainder of their stay will be cancelled.
