EXPO REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED

Cost: $1100 | $990 Bronze Patron (State agencies call for availability)

DEADLINE: WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 12th

  • An opportunity to partner with the New York State Conference of Mayors and Municipal Officials (NYCOM).
  • Exhibitor acknowledgement in the Conference Program featuring your company category and contact information.
  • Exhibit space includes 8'x6' exhibit booth (some booths will vary), back side draping, 6' long draped table, two chairs, waste basket, company identification sign and one standard electrical outlet.
  • Two complimentary conference registrations for employees of your company which include attendance at conference, plenary sessions and breaks.
  • Receive company recognition on conference signage.
  • A $150 reduced registration fee per additional employee (beyond the two complimentary registrations).
  • Networking coffee break opportunities in the exhibit hall to communicate face-to-face with city and village decision-makers.
  • A ribbon on name badge identifying your participation level.
  • NEW: NYCOM exhibit hall prize raffle ticket giveaway to promote traffic to exhibit hall. (See below for details)

  • Receive a list of all attendees emailed 1-2 weeks prior to event.
  • All Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver partners and conference sponsors will receive a premium booth location.
  • Exhibitor acknowledgement on the Fall Training School App featuring your company category and contact information in the Exhibitors/Sponsors section.
  • Please note that by registering for the EXPO you are in agreement with all the Terms and Conditions put forth for this conference.

Exhibit Prize
NEW Raffle Ticket Door Prizes - In lieu of the game card contest, we are asking vendors to bring one, three or five door prizes of their choice (i.e., hats, t-shirts, umbrellas, etc.) to the Fall Training School. A raffle ticket will be given to each attendee.  The number on the ticket given to each attendee will correspond to ticket(s) provided for the vendors' door prize(s).  Attendees will be directed to participating booths to match raffle ticket numbers with participating companys' door prize(s). This will encourage those attending to visit all vendors' booths. If you are participating in this raffle giveaway, you MUST pre-register and indicate the number of door prizes you will be providing when you register. All tickets will be distributed to exhibitors by 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 25th. Exhibit Hall Set-Up and Breakdown Hours
Set-Up on Monday, September 24th after 2:00 p.m.  All exhibits must be set up by 7:00 p.m.
Breakdown on Thursday, September 27th after 12:00 p.m. All exhibits must be removed by 4:30 p.m.

Exhibit Hours
Tuesday, September 25th: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. | breaks 10:15-10:45 a.m.; 2:45-3:00 p.m. 
Wednesday, September 26th: 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. | breaks 10:15-10:45 a.m. 
Thursday, September 27th: 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. | breaks 10:15-10:45 a.m.

Booth Policy
One company per exhibit booth allowed. Sharing of your exhibit space with a representative of another company is strictly prohibited, including consultants employed by another company. Sharing of your exhibit space with another company can result in a second exhibit fee.

Meals
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all-inclusive if you are staying at either the Crowne Plaza or Golden Arrow Hotel.  If you wish to purchase any meals and you are not at a host hotel or if you are commuting, please make your meal choices when registering online for the meeting.
