MEETING REGISTRATION 

MEETING REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES: participation in all sessions, the trade show, multiple breaks, Sunday's dinner reception, Monday's breakfast, lunch and networking reception, and Tuesday's lobbying day activities. Conference sessions begin on February 12th at 5:00 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE: Any registrations cancelled on or before TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 7th, will be subject to a 25% administrative fee. Registrations cancelled after TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 7th, cannot be refunded. The HILTON ALBANY is the meeting headquarters for the 2017 Winter Legislative Meeting.  All sessions and meals will be at the HILTON ALBANY. Hotel reservations should be made directly with the HILTON ALBANY at 1-866-691-1183 and use Code: 1NYCM or you may go online using the link located in the hotel reservation details listed above.  Reservations must be received BY January 22, 2017, after which time the room block will be released and reservations will be accepted based on availability. Please note that the room block CAN sell out prior to the cut-off date so register early to ensure a room in the hotel. NYCOM encourages you to make your reservations as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience.

MEETING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Policy on Access for the Disabled - The Conference of Mayors makes every effort to plan meetings which are accessible to the disabled. NYCOM requests advance notice by the registrant (including on-site registrants) so that we can make appropriate arrangements.
Attire - The attire for Sunday sessions is business casual, however the attire for Monday is business.
Authority to Attend - Attendance at this training event is permitted by section 77-b of the General Municipal Law. Subdivision 2 of the section permits a city to authorize attendance by "any of its members or any officer or employee ... or other person who has been elected pursuant to law to a public office of a municipality for which the term of office has not commenced ..." You are entitled to be reimbursed for all actual and necessary costs incurred while attending this program.
