With a continued focus on collaboration and coordination the New York State Office of Cannabis Management in partnership with the New York State Attorney General -this webinar will educate state government officials, corporation counsel, country attorneys and local government on how to bring and maintain a civil proceeding against any place of business, within their respective municipalities, whereby medical cannabis, adult-use cannabis, cannabis product, cannabinoid hemp, hemp extract products, or any products marketed or labeled as such, are cultivated, processed, stored, distributed or sold by any person without a registration, license, or permit from the Office of Cannabis Management.
