Meals for Guests of Host Hotels: Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all-inclusive if you are staying at either the Crowne Plaza or Golden Arrow Hotel.
Meals for Commuters and Guests at Non-Host Hotels: If you wish to purchase any meals and you are not at a host hotel or if you are commuting, please make your meal choices when registering online for the meeting.
• Breakfast is at your host hotel. If you choose to have breakfast at the Crowne Plaza, breakfast tickets can be purchased for $20 per day. Breakfast tickets are interchangeable so if you purchase 3 tickets you can use them on any 3 of the 4 days that we offer breakfast.
• Lunch each day for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday is $30 per day. Lunch tickets are interchangeable so if you purchase 2 tickets you can use them on any 2 of the 3 days that we offer lunch.
• Dinner is $55 per day. If you wish to attend the Welcome Dinner, Annual Banquet or Theme Party dinner, please make your choice while registering online for the meeting. Dinner tickets are NOT interchangeable. If you purchase a ticket for the Annual Banquet, you cannot use it for the Theme Party. There will be no refunds for meals. No exceptions.
