Exhibit Hall Set Up and Breakdown Hours
Set up
on Sunday, May 7th after 12:00 noon All exhibits must be set up by 6:00 p.m.
Break down on Tuesday, May 9th after 10:30 a.m.

Sunday, May 7th: 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. | reception 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Monday, May 8th: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. | breaks 10:45 a.m. and 3:15 p.m.
Tuesday, May 9th: 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. | break: 9:45 a.m.

Booth Policy
One company per exhibit booth allowed.  Sharing of your exhibit space with a representative of another company is strictly prohibited, including consultants employed by another company.  Sharing of your exhibit space with another company can result in a second exhibit fee.  

NYCOM conference hotel rooms and meals are structured as a Full American Plan which includes hotel accommodations at the Gideon Putnam, Sunday dinner, Monday breakfast and lunch and Tuesday breakfast.  If your employees are staying at another hotel or commuting, only lunch is included and additional meals can be purchased online or at the NYCOM registration desk at any time throughout the conference.

Exhibit Hall Prize
NYCOM will conduct a prize drawing for attendees that visit our exhibitors as a way to encourage exhibit hall traffic.  Exhibitors are welcome to host their own prize drawing at their exhibit booth, but must be responsible for contacting the winner and distributing any winning gifts.

Sunday Evening's Welcome Reception ($3500) - Your company logo exclusively imprinted on signs at the event, includes four (4) representatives to attend the event, dinner on Sunday, a black and white advertisement in the conference program and recognition throughout the conference.
Lanyards Sponsorship ($1500) (SOLD)Your company logo exclusively imprinted on the conference lanyards that will be distributed to each attendee and recognition throughout the conference.
Conference Pens Sponsorship ($800) (SOLD) - Your company logo exclusively imprinted on the pens located at NYCOM's registration desk and recognition throughout the conference.
Premium Snack Break Sponsorship ($700) (SOLD) - Monday - Your company logo exclusively imprinted on napkins and signs located at the morning and afternoon break tables on Monday and recognition throughout the conference.

The per night hotel room rate includes Sunday dinner, Monday breakfast and lunch and Tuesday breakfast.

The GIDEON PUTNAM HOTEL is the meeting headquarters for the 2017 Annual Meeting & Training School. All sessions and meals will be at the Gideon Putnam Hotel. If you are not staying at the host hotel and wish to join meals, you must purchase meal tickets either online or at the NYCOM registration desk.
