NYCOM's City Officials Workshops will provide new and veteran city officials with the tools they need to manage city government in an era of fiscal stress.  This workshop will cover the “nuts and bolts” of city administration in an informal and interactive setting. Presentations will be led by the experienced NYCOM staff who understand the issues you face and have the answers you need.
