New York State Homes and Community Renewal (NYS HCR) Announces Nearly $70 Million Dollars in 2023 Grant Resources

Beginning Friday, July 14th, applications for all of the Office of Community Renewal's annual competitive grant programs will be open to accept applications. This includes the addition of the NYS HOME Program and the state-funded housing rehabilitation programs. Information for each program is available in the table below. The links provide all funding round information and materials as well as the registration information for training webinars.
