Legal Notice - Surplus Truck Sale Bid

Sealed proposals for the SALE of one surplus 1988 Ford Custom Cab-Over, 8 Cylinder Diesel Dump Truck will be received by the Clerk of the Village of Great Neck Plaza, Two Gussack Plaza, Great Neck N.Y. 11021 until 11:00am on Thursday March 1, 2012 at which time these sealed bids will be opened and read. The truck will be sold to the highest responsible bidder and will be sold "As Is" and no warranty will be provided.  

The surplus truck may be inspected by appointment at the Village of Great Neck Plaza, Department of Public Works Garage starting February 6, 2012,  Monday – Friday 8am through 3pm (except holidays). Proposal forms may be obtained at the Village during the inspection period and all proposals must be submitted on the form provided.

The Village of Great Neck Plaza reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the proposal most advantageous to the Village.
